Refund Policy

Our products are digital files delivered instantly after purchase. Because they cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded.

If something is wrong

If your file is damaged, won’t open, or isn’t what was described, contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@fintrackhubshop.com with your order number. We’ll send a working version or, if we can’t fix the problem, issue a refund.

Before you buy

Please read the product description to make sure the template works with the app you use (Notion, Google Sheets or Excel).
