How do I get my template?

Right after checkout you’ll see a download link on the confirmation page, and the same link is sent to your email.

Is this a physical product?

No. All products are digital downloads. Nothing will be shipped.

What do I need to use the templates?

A free Notion account for Notion templates, a free Google account for Google Sheets templates, or Microsoft Excel for .xlsx files. Each product page lists what’s included.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. Notion and Google Sheets work in their mobile apps. Editing is easier on a computer, but you can track on the go.

I didn’t receive my email.

Check your spam or promotions folder. Still nothing? Email hello@fintrackhubshop.com with your order number.

Can I get a refund?

Because the files are delivered instantly, we don’t offer refunds once downloaded. If something is broken, we’ll fix it or replace it. See our Refund Policy.

Can I share or resell the template?

Templates are for personal use only. Please don’t share, resell or redistribute them.
